DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We offer three delivery options: self pickup, courier delivery across Phuket, and postal delivery throughout Thailand. You can choose the most convenient option at checkout. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and your location. Phuket courier orders usually arrive within the same day if ordered before 2 PM, while postal delivery across Thailand may take a few business days. Shipping cost depends on your delivery method and destination, and the final fee is calculated at checkout before payment.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?
Exchanges and returns are available in-store only at Soulmates Blue Tree, Phuket. At the moment, we do not process returns or exchanges by mail. If you need help, please contact us before visiting and we will guide you through the process.
WILL SOLD-OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
Some items may be restocked, but many pieces are limited and depend on brand availability. If something you love is sold out, subscribe to our email list and we will let you know if a restock is expected.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT OPTIONS?
Yes. Many of our items are perfect for gifting. However the best option is our Gift Cards that you can spend in-store or online on our website. You can find the in the main menu.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
