Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Soulmates Community.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.

This policy applies to purchases made in Thailand and is intended to operate in line with applicable consumer protection requirements in Thailand. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

in the same condition as received
unworn and unused
with original tags attached
in its original packaging
accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Purchases Made with Gift Cards or Store Credit

Items purchased using a gift card or store credit may be returned for review within the same 14-day period, but they are not eligible for a cash/card refund.

These items may be exchanged only.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at:

support@soulmates.community

Please include:

your order number (or proof of purchase)
the item(s) you would like to return or exchange
the reason for the request
photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping / Return Address

If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process the return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@soulmates.community so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective or incorrect):

sale / discounted items
gift cards (as a payment instrument)
personalized or custom-made items
personal care / beauty products (if applicable)
swimwear, underwear, and pajamas

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or item, please contact us at support@soulmates.community within the 14-day period.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

store credit
an alternative item exchange
a refund (if applicable and not restricted by payment method used)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

All approved refunds are processed and issued in Thai Baht (THB).

Because many of our customers use international cards and foreign banks, we are not responsible for any additional charges, bank fees, intermediary fees, payment provider fees, exchange rate differences, or currency conversion fluctuations that may occur when the refund is received by your bank or card issuer.

Any such charges or differences are determined by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and are outside of our control.
