At this time, we ship within Thailand only. Please review the shipping options and estimated timelines below before placing your order.

Order Fulfillment Time

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (fulfillment time).

Please note that fulfillment time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Delivery Options (Thailand Only)

1. In-Store Pickup (Self Pickup)

You may choose to pick up your order from our store.

  • Pickup is available only in 24 hours

  • Orders placed for pickup can be collected starting the next day

  • Please wait for a confirmation message/email before coming to collect your order

2. Phuket Courier Delivery (Same-Day Option)

We offer local courier delivery within Phuket.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day

  • Delivery timing may vary depending on your area and courier availability

3. Thailand Postal Delivery (Nationwide)

We deliver by post across Thailand.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination, public holidays, and courier/postal delays

  • We currently do not ship internationally

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control
